They should NEVER be performed without proper “In Clinic” instruction and should ONLY be performed on one side. Your attending physician will determine if they are necessary and the side that they should be performed on and for what duration. These videos are for instruction of current patients in treatment for these particular conditions and should NEVER be performed without proper instructions.
